Hand stand pushup fun!



WOD:

Snatch 5x3 (Focus on Technique)
Back Squat 5x5

then:

75 HSPU
(20 double unders every minute on the minute)

As the open approaches I'm switching my focus off of heavy lifting and onto higher volume to prepare myself for the "open style" WOD's. My olympic lifts are starting to get a lot better since I've focused on my technique and not how much I can lift.
