WOD:

Front Squat 5x5

then:

12min AMRAP of:
3 L pullups
5 Handstand Pushups
7 Toes to bar

Cashout: 50 situps

Ok, just wanting to get you all involved in the Bible WODs. If there is anything you'd like to study next just post it on the facebook page or send me a message if you don't want it out in the open. I want to look into what you all have questions about or have an interest in. Looking deeper into things helps me learn and grow as well so feel free to make a suggestion! I will finish up with the prayer study this weekend. Thank you all again for reading!
