I hope everyone has enjoyed their Christmas! It was great spending time with the family and not having to worry about going to work or rushing home to get something done. I'm on vacation until January 3rd and I couldn't be more happy about that! I think I consumed a pound on more of bacon this morning! lol Time to get back to training tomorrow! I hope those of you that are following this blog are enjoying it and continue to read. I tend to be a bit blunt and to the point sometimes but I'm not going to apologize for speaking the truth.
