Deadlift, Ring Dips, Burpees, KB swings
WOD:
Light Snatch working on form... stayed at 135lbs
4 Rounds of:
12 Deadlift (225lbs)
12 Ring Dips
12 Burpees
12 KB swings (53lb)
Time: 8:22
I had planned to do "Henson" today which is 5 rounds of 30 KB swings (70lb), 30 Burpees, 30 GHD situps but I wasn't feeling the greatest. Those of you who have done GHD situps and burpees in a WOD will know how those two things alone can make you not feel so well! haha! I kept it on the safe side and did the 4 Round WOD above. Sorry for the late blog posts. My phone broke day before yesterday and I've been out of contact. Keep reading and God bless you all! :)
